CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Payment Policy Consultation Appointments: A $25 non-refundable consultation fee is required and must be paid upfront at the time of booking. This fee secures your appointment. Card on File: A valid credit or debit card is required to book and must remain on file for all appointments. Prepaid cards cannot be saved through GlossGenius. Accepted Payment Methods: • Cash (exact change appreciated) • Credit/Debit Card • Gift Cards • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) A 3.5% processing fee applies to all card transactions. Cancellations & Reschedules: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled online at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. Late Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file. No-Call/No-Shows: Your card will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Repeated no-call/no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments. Need a Different Appointment Time?
