You’ll complete a brief intake form prior to your appointment. During the consultation, we’ll assess your hair and scalp, discuss your lifestyle, and review your hair goals. For all new tween/teen clients, ages 12–17, a parent or guardian must be present at the first appointment for the consultation and hair analysis. Please do not drop your child off at their first visit. *Formally called silk press* This service includes a full shampoo, conditioner for moisture, steam hydration (at the bowl) blow-dry, and Custom Texture Press tailored to your natural texture and hair needs. Hair may be styled straight, curled, or wrapped and set under a cool dryer for a smooth, polished finish. Steam hydration enhances moisture penetration, elasticity, and overall hair health, helping reduce dryness associated with heat styling. Please note: If you are transitioning to natural or new to wearing your hair straight, consistent maintenance and patience are required. Results improve over time with regular visits and proper at-home care. Clients concerned with humidity, longevity, or frizz may inquire about a smoothing treatment if recommended.

This service is designed for gray coverage at the roots/new growth only. This service is available only to established clients who are seen consistently for healthy hair maintenance. New, one-time, or inconsistent clients are not eligible for color services. This service is for clients who need to go to their braider already shampooed and blown out. It includes a shampoo, deep conditioner and blow-dry so your hair is clean, soft, and ready for styling **Please note — most braiders don’t like freshly trimmed, blunt ends, so it’s best to check with braider before scheduling this service

A low-MANEtenance, protective styling option designed to maintain moisture while giving the hair a polished, controlled look. This service includes a shampoo and flat twists styled on natural hair. Hair is set under the dryer to ensure longevity and a smooth finish. Trims and deep conditioners can be done as well. Ideal for clients who want to: • take a break from heat • preserve their curl pattern • switch up their look between silk presses *This service is offered at an introductory rate and pricing will increase as refinement is completed.* Service Notes: • Natural hair only • No added hair • Style is worn as flat twists (no intricate updos at this time)

A classic protective style created to promote healthy hair maintenance while minimizing daily manipulation. This service includes a shampoo, deep conditioner, and medium-sized two-strand twists installed on natural hair. Twists are neat, uniform, and styled to be worn down. Great for clients who want: • a low-maintenance style • curl preservation • a heat-free option between press services *This service is offered at an introductory rate and pricing will increase as refinement is completed.* Service Notes: • Natural hair only • No added hair • Medium size twists only • Length and density may affect timing

A structured protective style using clean parting and uniform plaits to support hair health and growth. This service includes a shampoo, deep conditioner, and medium-sized natural hair plaits installed without added hair. Plaits are styled to be worn down and finished with a neat, professional look. Recommended for clients who: • prefer structured styles • want a longer-lasting protective option • desire minimal daily styling *This service is offered at an introductory rate and pricing will increase as refinement is completed.* Service Notes: • Natural hair only • No added hair • Medium size plaits only • Style is worn down • Length and density may affect timing

Gray coverage services are offered only to established, consistent clients with healthy hair. This allows early correction and long-term hair health. During this consultation, we will review your intake form, assess hair and scalp health, evaluate gray percentage, and discuss maintenance expectations. A patch/allergy test will be performed if required. Semi- and demi-permanent color is used to prioritize hair health. Gray hair can be stubborn and results vary; full coverage is not guaranteed. Important Details: • Not offered to one-time or inconsistent clients • Consultation and patch/allergy test required before any color service • Patch test must be completed at least 48 hours prior • Color refresh is recommended every 6 weeks • Booking does not guarantee acceptance as a color client • Consultation and patch test fees are non-refundable

Hair is NOT included. All clip-in extensions must be preordered through my booking site. Your extensions will be delivered directly to me and ready at the salon for your appointment. This service is for both new installs and reinstalls. The process is the same whether your clip-ins are being installed for the first time or reapplied. Service Includes: • Shampoo • Deep Conditioner • Blowout • Custom Texture Press • Clip-in install or reinstall • Trim/reshaping if needed • Style finish Extension Prep All clip-ins must be purchased through my booking site and will arrive new, clean, and ready for install. Outside extensions will not be accepted.

This service cannot be booked alone. Trims are recommended every 8-12 weeks to maintain healthy hair, prevent split ends, and protect the integrity of the hair shaft over time. Add this service to any styling or treatment appointment to keep your hair in its healthiest state.

This service cannot be booked alone. A deep hydration conditioner is applied to restore moisture, improve manageability, and maintain the overall health of your hair. Recommended once a month or paired with your trims every 4-8 weeks to keep hair soft, strong, and nourished.

This service cannot be booked alone. Haircuts are for clients wanting more than a trim, including reshaping or creating a completely new look. This service focuses on customizing the shape and structure of your hair to complement your desired style.

The Straight Request Smooth Transformation Smoothing Treatment is not a chemical relaxer and does not contain formaldehyde, which is a major concern in many smoothing systems. Instead, it is a conditioning treatment that uses heat-activated ingredients to help smooth the hair and fight humidity. While it doesn’t permanently alter the curl pattern or straighten the hair like a relaxer, it does temporarily smooth and soften the hair cuticle, making it easier to maintain a Custom Texture Press. That’s why it can last 8–12 weeks with proper care but still allows the natural curl pattern to revert after shampooing. ⚠️ This service should not be done with color, and you should not shampoo your hair within 72 hours of this treatment or it will wash out.

This add-on is for clients whose hair requires extensive detangling before the service can begin. Typically due to styles like puffs, buns, or wearing hair in a bonnet for an extended period without combing. This service will be added if detangling exceeds 15 minutes and helps ensure I have enough time to care for your hair properly without compromising the quality of your service or my physical health.
