The Straight Request Smooth Transformation Smoothing Treatment is not a chemical relaxer and does not contain formaldehyde, which is a major concern in many smoothing systems. However, it is a conditioning treatment that uses heat-activated ingredients to help smooth the hair and fight humidity. While it doesn’t permanently alter the curl pattern or straighten the hair like a relaxer, it does temporarily smooth and soften the hair cuticle, making it easier to maintain a silk press. That’s why it can last 8–12 weeks with proper care but still allows the natural curl pattern to revert after shampooing. This service should not be done with color nor should you shampoo your hair within 72hrs of this treatment. You will wash the treatment out.

This premium service combines a full healthy hair treatment with the added volume and length of clip-in extensions. Hair is shampooed, conditioned, and deeply hydrated with a steamer treatment. A smoothing treatment is then applied and processed for maximum shine and manageability, followed by a second blowout, silk press, and style finish. You may leave with curls or a sleek straight finish. Extension Prep: • Clip-ins must be clean, fully dried, and ready for install. • If your clip-ins need to be shampooed and prepped during your visit, please add the Extension Care Add-On when booking to allow proper time and pricing adjustments.
